We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We are looking for a fun respite provider to hangout at home(in your home) or out and about in the community with this amazing teenager.

SHIFTS :

• 5 Hours per weekend day 
• Saturday & Sunday Shift

WAGE :

• $14.13 per hour
• + Mileage Reimbursement

WHAT THE KIDDO LOVES TO DO THAT I HOPE YOU DO TOO:

• Crafting
• Cooking
• Community Outings
• Walks/Exercise
• Socializing

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable Transportation
• Must pass a background check
