Job Description
We’re seeking a talented Marketing & Customer Success Assistant to help drive growth through exceptional customer retention and strategic upselling initiatives. You’ll be the key player in managing our extensive student database, executing targeted marketing campaigns, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences. This role offers the perfect blend of digital marketing strategy, customer relationship management, and administrative excellence in a creative and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize CRM system operations for 500+ student database and communications
- Design and execute targeted email and SMS marketing campaigns to drive engagement
- Identify and implement strategic upselling opportunities within existing customer base
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries with professionalism
- Coordinate project management activities using collaborative tools and task boards
- Support integrated marketing initiatives and content planning strategies
- Maintain accurate student records and database integrity
- Assist with administrative processes including scheduling and enrolment coordination
- Collaborate with existing marketing team for cohesive campaign execution
Requirements
- Proven experience with CRM systems and database management
- Background in digital marketing, particularly email and SMS campaigns
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (Trello experience highly valued)
- Outstanding communication skills for customer-facing interactions
- Quick learner with ability to master new software systems rapidly
- Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
