Job Description
This is an exciting hybrid role where you’ll be the driving force behind business growth through strategic lead generation and professional outreach activities. You’ll have the unique opportunity to work across multiple business ventures, building comprehensive prospect databases and conducting meaningful conversations with potential clients. This role combines the analytical aspects of market research with the dynamic energy of sales outreach, allowing you to make a direct impact on business development while working with cutting-edge tools and systems. You’ll be connecting with decision-makers across various industries, helping to build valuable business relationships that drive real results.
Responsibilities
- Research and build comprehensive databases of high-quality leads, including verified contact information and decision-maker identification
- Conduct professional outbound calling campaigns to engage potential customers and generate interest
- Qualify prospects through strategic questioning and professional conversation, addressing concerns and building rapport
- Secure appointment commitments and coordinate scheduling with business stakeholders
- Manage email outreach campaigns and handle inbound responses with professionalism
- Support multiple business ventures simultaneously, adapting communication style to different target markets
- Maintain detailed records of all outreach activities and lead progression status
- Collaborate with business owner to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
- Handle follow-up communications to nurture prospects through the sales pipeline
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills with clear, professional speaking voice
- B2B outreach experience preferred, with understanding of professional communication standards
- Sales experience with demonstrated ability to engage prospects and secure commitments
- Experience in Lead GenerationSelf-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with CRM systems and willingness to learn new dialer software platforms
- Strong research skills and attention to detail for accurate lead database building
- Resilience and persistence in handling rejection while maintaining positive attitude
- Ability to follow established processes while bringing creative problem-solving to challenges
- Comfortable working across North American markets and time zones
