Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze carrier operations performance (collection and delivery performance ) and other logistics metrics highlighting key gaps versus targets;
- To support carrier operations weekly business review;
- To support solving operational issues between couriers and merchants;
- Prepare ah-doc reports on metrics, etc.;
- Help with peak season preparations (forecasting, confirm couriers capacity, etc.).
