🧠 What You’ll Bring

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Current Working with Children Check
First Aid certificate, including asthma and anaphylaxis training
A strong understanding of EYLF and NQS
Confidence to lead a team and mentor fellow educators
Passion for building positive, collaborative relationships
