Position Summary

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to maximize revenue and profit by developing and implementing sales strategies and plans tailored to the assigned region/market, aligned with the company’s sales objectives.

Additionally, the role involves building a strong foundation for driving sales growth and profitability through ongoing communication and support with the assigned region/market.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Establish the most effective sales targets to fuel the growth of the business unit while actively contributing to boosting employee morale.
  • Craft a strategic sales plan to achieve the set targets by thoroughly analyzing market trends, product performance, and competitor dynamics.
  • Deliver essential material and human resources to support regions or business units in their efforts to meet sales objectives.
  • Track sales and operational progress, identify potential opportunities, and assess risks through continuous communication and analysis.

Skills and Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
  • More than 3 years of relevant account management experience.
  • Expertise in 360° planning, marketing strategy, planning, and negotiation.
  • English proficiency
