Job Description:

The Endeavor creative team are seeking a passionate and innovative, creative Senior Designer to produce conceptual and visual design initiatives across the company’s lifestyle and entertainment brands. Reporting to the Consumer Marketing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading visual identity development, producing high-level design directions for concepts, managing the creative team, and executing design through to production. The Senior Designer will create social, digital and print applications, also covering experiential design, UI design, and will have basic skills in motion graphics and animation.

Key Responsibilities will include delivering bold, business and consumer-facing campaigns, designing intricate artwork that is compelling across and tailored to various social platforms, especially among mobile consumers. This role will ensure that both strategic and creative goals are achieved at the highest possible levels. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a strong portfolio that showcases an eye for detail, creative problem-solving and understanding of the interplay between imagery and typography, especially in campaign artwork contexts across all projects.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and manage a creative team by providing guidance, support and feedback to designers to foster their growth and ensure project success
  • Oversee the entire design process, from initial conceptualisation to final delivery, ensuring quality and alignment with brand identity and project requirements.
  • Creating attractive, next-level visual solutions for a variety of applications across print, digital, email, out-of-home advertisements and social content across all EMEA brands
  • Creating and implementing design directions and delivering with meticulous execution
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality, on-brand assets under tight deadlines.
  • Creating presentations and templates for internal partnership proposal decks
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro), Keynote and PowerPoint. Proficiency in Dropbox and Asana is a plus.
  • Proficiency in design principles, including typography, layout, colour theory, photography, and motion.
  • Familiarity with 3D and AI tools for creative development is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and collaboration skills—you thrive in a fast-paced, team-first environment.
  • Constantly researching new ideas and contemporary digital/social design trends

The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent), with 3+ years of experience as a designer and experience leading or managing a design team. They will also have demonstrated experience working on key digital platforms and in various mediums, with a strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design ability, creative versatility and expertise. The Senior Designer will be proficient in all industry-standard design applications (Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, PowerPoint, etc.) and will have a thorough understanding of design theory, including principles such as colour, typography, texture, photography, motion and user experience. Strong communication skills paired with a collaborative personality and passion for sports and entertainment are crucial for success in this role.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to tight deadline demands, there will be, on occasion, a requirement to work extended hours. This role will be based in Chiswick, London.
