Job Description:

• Assisting Associate Events Managers in handling and implementing Sports and special events.
• Follow workflow and activate logistic plan of all event elements with the consent with different LOBs and make sure all event related information are well communicated and followed up
• Work closely with Guest Service, DRC, RCC and Sales Service to facilitate guest enquiries handling
• Assisting Associate Events Manager on guest communication materials for the events and ensure all related information is accurate
• Assist on runners guides and liaise with LOBs for related content
• Handling and manage vendor on runners pack redemption/delivery and on event days’ support
• Logistic support on event materials for Event Center/Running route setup
• Handle leadership run related arrangement, including briefing to LOBs reps, invitations, run pack delivery, on-day guests handling & arrangement, ceremony seating plan
• Handling environmental measure with FS
• Plan and implement on-day logistic planning for redemption and event days
• Handling information center on both redemption days and event days
• Cross-U/extra shift CMs arrangement with event day operation
• Wrap up after event in terms of reports, inventory and evaluations
• Responsible to manage event in professional manner in best efficient and effective ways possible
• Maintain the best Disney’s service qualities through managing guest expectation and implementing event elements

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 1-3 years’ experience within Operations
• At least 1 year Disney experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal Communication Skills
