Job Summary: Join Central Bank as a Risk Analyst and be a key member of our Risk Management team. This position will support the risk management needs of the company, including operational risk management and the corporate insurance program, helping us navigate challenges and seize opportunities

Duties:

Create insightful risk management reports for management and risk committees.
Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to gather and analyze performance and risk-related information.
Oversee, monitor, and report on risk management activities.
Provide support and assistance to employees regarding regulatory guidance and company policies.
Assist with audits and examinations, ensuring compliance and readiness.
Build and nurture effective working relationships to address risk management matters collaboratively.
Deliver guidance and training to foster a culture of risk control awareness, ownership, and accountability.
Monitor and analyze risks within Central Bank’s business units, providing actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
At least 1 year of banking experience preferred.
Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with management and persuade cooperation from employees.
Strong personal management skills, including time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Flexibility to adapt to work routines required during audits, examinations, or other special reviews.
