Description
A Retail-tech company, is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive innovative, user-focused products.
The company is located in Nof HaGalil, in northern Israel.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the full product lifecycle: research, vision, roadmap, and execution
- Prioritize features balancing business, tech, and customer needs
- Collaborate with R&D, data, UX, and marketing
- Work on integrated HW/SW products from concept to deployment
- Create clear product docs, roadmaps, and specs
- Ensure top-tier user experience and long-term scalability
Requirements
What You Bring:
- 3+ years as a Product Manager in tech/SaaS
- Experience in multidisciplinary systems (HW/SW/cloud/edge)
- Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills
- Fluent in Hebrew & English
- Agile and Figma experience
- Bonus: background in retail-tech, IoT, or embedded systems
