Global Operation Analyst

Description

We are looking for a Global Operation Analyst who will lead the business-side execution of three major system projects for operation excellence:

• ZCaptain (Line Planning System): Learn and integrate into an ongoing system implementation; oversee the completion and rollout of remaining modules.
• New Vessel Application project: Manage the full lifecycle from kick-off through delivery.
• New Port Operation System: Lead the discovery and design phase involving over 100 local offices; consolidate diverse business processes into a new unified system; lead implementation in next stages.

Major areas of responsibility

• ZCaptain project
• Support and QA deployed modules
• Close work with IT project manager for remining modules design and development
• Implementation of next modules

New Vessel Application Project

• Complete full project scope and modules
• Close work with IT projects manager for full project life cycle: design, development QA and implementation.
• Analysis project integration with operation BI models.

New Port Operation System

• Lead the discovery and design phase involving over 100 local offices.
• Manage large scale interface with global stakeholders (local operation, IT, HO operation divisions, Finance, etc.).
• Consolidate diverse business processes into a unified system development scope. 
• Lead implementation with IT.

Requirements

• An academic degree in Industrial Engineering
• High level of project management skills with strong business orientation – a must.
• 3+ years of experience in information systems project management – a must
• Strong analytical skills and fast learning- a must
• Fluency in English (writing, reading, speaking)
