• Explore network growth opportunities by analyzing market demand and identifying potential partnerships

• Review and optimize network efficiency in alignment with trade requirements

• Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic planning initiatives

• Liaise and negotiate with other shipping lines for slot charters, exchanges, or joint service arrangements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of development projects with operational capabilities

• Perform other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in planning or business development in the shipping, port, or logistics sector.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and data analytics tools.

• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and market trends is an advantage.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese or another regional language is a plus.
