To this end, our team of hardware and software leaders is developing top-performing AI processors, dedicated to AI tasks on edge devices in a wide variety of applications and industries including smart cities, automotive, manufacturing, agriculture, retail, and many more. With hundreds of customer programs around the world, and a wide ecosystem of software and hardware partners, Hailo is leading the edge AI revolution.

In this position, you will manage multiple technical projects, ensuring they adhere to timelines and scope. You will lead project planning, stakeholder management, team leadership, and risk management.

Your technical expertise will be crucial in understanding and managing complex features. 

Essential skills for this position include cross-disciplinary collaboration, leadership, communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Leading cross-functional communication between project teams – setting development goals and tracking execution.
• Driving and coordinating between R&D, Customer Service and architecture teams.
• Support decision-making by identifying trade-offs, resolving conflicts, and helping manage risks.
• Understand technical challenges and assist in driving them to resolution by involving the right stakeholders.
• Contribute to improving development processes and team workflows.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a leading university.
• Previous hands-on experience in software development.
• 2+ years of experience in managing/leading software development teams
• Familiarity with embedded software development and general software development life cycles.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and learn quickly.
• Good organizational and communication skills; a team-oriented mindset.
• Run and created a plan using planning and tracking tools.
• Fluent English.
