The Team & Role

Join our new, dynamic Warsaw-based Kanzi Studio team building the next generation of a web-based 3D design tool for automotive HMIs. This small, cross-functional, startup-style team operates within an established global company. Currently we are building a brand new web based version of Kanzi Studio, a professional tool for creating stunning 3D UIs in the automotive industry. We are looking for a React Frontend Engineer to help us build an intuitive and high performance user interface using React, while also collaborating on the integration of a C++ graphics engine via WebAssembly.

What You’ll Work On

  • Build complex, user friendly UI components: scene graphs, timelines, inspectors, 3D viewports.
  • Work in a modern React.js environment with TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with C++ developers to connect the frontend to the underlying rendering engine via WebAssembly.
  • Ensure fast interaction and real time feedback for 3D designers and developers.

You’re Great At

  • React.js and modern frontend workflows.
  • Designing clean, interactive UI for complex tools or editors.
  • Communicating with backend/native layers and optimizing data flows.
Bonus Skills

  • Understanding basic C++ and graphics concepts, or working with WebAssembly.
  • Figma-like tools, animation timelines, Three.js, WebGPU, WebGL, Emscripten, or game/3D content
    pipelines.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation.
  • Flexible working hours with the possibility of partial remote work.
  • Annual performance-based bonus.
  • Multisport card.
  • Private healthcare (Luxmed).
  • Compensation for absence days equivalent to 26 statutory vacation days under a B2B contract, supporting work-life balance

Why This Role Matters

You’ll be part of a small, startup-style team shaping a next-generation 3D design tool from scratch. Your work will directly impact how automotive user interfaces are created, combining cutting-edge web technologies with real-time graphics integration to deliver a fast, modern, and intuitive experience for designers worldwide.

Join us and help shape the future of the automotive user experience!
