Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 3–5 years experience in business development or sales, preferably within the renewable energy or solar industry.
Prior experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is highly preferred.
Proven ability to build strategic relationships and close deals.
Sound knowledge of solar technology and renewable energy market dynamics.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel frequently within the Maldives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential business opportunities in the Maldives for solar panel installations (residential, commercial, and industrial).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, consultants, and clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure feasibility, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company objectives.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities in the Maldives.
