Product Listing & Content Management
- Manage end-to-end product listing on marketplaces using bulk upload formats (Excel, CSV, XML, tab-delimited).
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive catalog data including titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and SEO metadata (Meta titles, tags, and keywords).
- Maintain up-to-date product content, correcting errors and enhancing discoverability through effective categorization and tagging.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure images meet platform standards (background, resolution, dimensions).
Merchandising & Optimization
- Allocate the right products to the most relevant categories/sub-categories to maximize visibility and discoverability.
- Monitor pricing, discounts, reward points, and offers across marketplaces and update promotional content timely.
- Identify and act on price positioning gaps and product opportunities versus competition through regular benchmarking.
- Optimize product pages using SEO best practices and keyword placement to improve organic search ranking.
Orders & Inventory Management
- Manage end-to-end marketplace order flow — ensuring accurate order capture, timely processing, and fulfilment in coordination with the warehouse and operations teams.
- Track and reduce order cancellations, SLA breaches, and late shipments across platforms.
- Track category sales performance vs. budget on a weekly/monthly basis and suggest actionable improvements.
- Support forecasting and inventory planning by analyzing sell-through and demand patterns.
- Maintain healthy inventory hygiene by coordinating with internal teams for reconciliation and timely reordering.
- Create and manage dashboards that highlight key metrics including GMV, margins, out-of-stock rates, and conversion.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Liaise with category managers, supply chain teams, and marketing teams to gather product data and ensure timely product activation.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers to resolve listing issues, improve visibility, and address content errors.
- Handle data requests from finance, marketing, and operations teams with precision and promptness.
Data Management & Reporting
- Compile and maintain all product-related documentation using internal PIM/ERP tools.
- Generate reports on listing performance, catalog completeness, and marketplace insights.
- Utilize advanced Excel tools (including pivot tables, formulas, and macros) to streamline reporting and analytics.
