Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge & Competencies

Qualifications: Ideal: Must have a Batchelor’s degree or sufficient local level qualifications to support suitability for the role

Skills:

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail 

Knowledge

• Knowledge of MS Office suite
• Knowledge on data management will be added advantage.
• Knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics CRM or another CRM system will be a distinct advantage.
• Understanding of the Insurance industry whilst not a must but good to have
• Previous use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator would be an advantage
