    • Map out the consumer journey across digital platforms, identifying key touchpoints and interactions.
    • Analyze how consumers discover, engage with, and purchase our products online.
    • Highlight pain points and opportunities for enhancing the consumer experience.

  • Consumer Persona Analysis:
    • Conduct research to develop detailed consumer personas based on demographic, psychographic, and behavioral data.
    • Utilize data from surveys, interviews, and market research reports to build comprehensive profiles of target audiences.
    • Identify key characteristics, needs, preferences, and behaviors of different consumer segments.

  • Collaboration and Support:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to integrate consumer insights into marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives aimed at improving consumer engagement and conversion rates.
    • Provide support in organizing and executing marketing events and activities.

  • Insights into the day-to-day Marketing Operations


Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret consumer data and identify trends.
  • Strong research skills for developing consumer personas using demographic, psychographic, and behavioral data.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
