ProArch is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Technical Delivery Manager to oversee the successful execution of client projects, primarily focusing on software development and cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technology and management, ensuring that all technical aspects of project delivery align with the client's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the technical delivery of projects, ensuring they meet both client requirements and internal quality standards.
Manage and mentor a team of software developers, architects, and engineers, fostering a collaborative team culture.
Act as the main point of contact for technical discussions with clients, providing clear communication on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with project managers and product owners to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Ensure effective resource allocation and budget management for technical aspects of projects.
Lead technical reviews, code assessments, and solution designs to maintain high-quality product delivery.
Implement best practices in agile methodologies within the technical delivery process to promote continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in technology, particularly in cloud services like Azure, to provide clients with innovative solutions.
Facilitate team meetings, retrospectives, and project kick-offs, ensuring all stakeholder involvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8 years of experience in technical project delivery or team management roles.
Strong experience in software development, particularly in .Net, Azure PaaS, or similar technologies.
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with project management certifications (like PMP or Agile Certified Practitioner) being a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
Experience with budget management and resource allocation for technical projects.
Ability to mentor and support team members in their professional development.
