Green Hills Community is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Technician II to join our team! The primary role of this position is to provide carpentry tasks (framing, trim work, cabinet fabrication, drywall, and finishing). In addition, this role will provide residential maintenance and repairs of a broad scope to the community's buildings and equipment.

YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL…

• Perform carpentry tasks including framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, drywall repair.
• Perform painting repairs including surface preparation and application.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical and plumbing issues.
• Assist with HVAC system maintenance.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on facilities. 
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. 
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Attend safety trainings and drills.

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Can follow written and oral instructions.
• Can perform simple math and read a tape measure.
• Have one (1) year of carpentry, painting, and/or drywall experience.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Can pass a maintenance assessment, pre-employment drug screen, and criminal background check.
