Senior Product Owner- Loans

• Manage acquisitions across the Personal Loan, Digital Lending / New Form Factor portfolios to meet Sales and Revenue targets 
• Manage Personal Loan and Digital lending ENR growth to meet Business growth targets 
• Manage the overall financial performance of the Personal Loan and Digital Lending portfolios in order to meet or exceed financial goals on Revenue, Operating Income and Net Profit  
• Optimize the channel mix to maximize sales volume at controlled cost 
• Ensure Business resilience with the lowest fraud rates in the industry 
• Ensure Regulatory compliance and audit performance 

• Growth of Digital acquisition through superior Digital journey, lending products
• Anticipate ENR challenges by identifying early warning signals and taking appropriate actions to preempt ENR growth risk.
• Periodic sales channel review to keep product competitive and assess appropriate pricing to ensure minimal bottom-line impact
• Monitor risk-metrics on an on-going basis and ensure appropriate actions are taken to ensure risk-charge is within Plan.
• Ensure the best Fraud rates in the industry by implementing fraud tools 
• Closely work with technology to ensure seamless journeys and implement new product offerings 

• Graduate/Post-graduate /MBA with 10 years of relevant experience in Unsecured Lending & digital lending especially sales acquisitions, portfolio, pricing components.
• Strong understanding of Sales, Risk metrics and risk/reward trade-offs
• Strong understanding of the loans P&L and revenue lines
• Strong analytical skills
• Good people management skills
• Ability to deliver under pressure
• Process orientation
