Digital Marketing & Design Specialist (Malaysia)

We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing & Design Specialist to drive our brand presence, digital campaigns, and visual communications. This hybrid role bridges digital marketing, graphic design, and web design — ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating engaging online experiences that drive business results.

Digital Marketing: 

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and email platforms 
• Manage SEO and SEM strategies to grow organic and paid traffic 
• Create, test, and optimize marketing funnels and landing pages to improve conversions 
• Analyze marketing data and generate reports to inform performance and ROI 
• Organize and participate in trade shows and webinars 

Graphic & Visual Design: 

• Design marketing assets including digital ads, social media creatives, email visuals, brochures, pitch decks, and infographics 
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications and materials 
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to visualize campaigns and product narratives 

Web Design & Management: 

• Design and maintain responsive websites and landing pages using CMS tools like WordPress 
• Design web content and visuals to support campaigns and improve user experience (UX) 
• Work with internal stakeholders to align website design with brand voice and marketing objectives 

Requirements

Must Have: 

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field 
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and design roles 
• Strong proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva) 
• Working knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress 
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) 
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and SEO best practices 
• Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Mailchimp, or HubSpot 

Preferred: 

• Strong design aesthetic with attention to detail 
• Ability to balance creativity with marketing goals 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities 
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
