Chowan Animal Hospital is seeking a reliable, compassionate, and enthusiastic Client Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face of our practice!Located in the charming town of Edenton, NC, Chowan Animal Hospital is proud to provide high-quality, compassionate veterinary care to our community’s pets. We offer a supportive, team-oriented environment where every role matters—and our CSRs play a key part in delivering exceptional service to both clients and their pets.

Your Role:

• Greet clients and patients with a friendly, professional attitude
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with check-in/check-out
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Handle payment transactions and explain invoices
• Support our veterinary team in creating a smooth, welcoming experience for all
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting
• Ability to work at least two Saturday mornings per month
• Strong communication skills and a calm, caring demeanor
• Comfortable with computers and multitasking in a busy environment
• A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Passion for animals and helping their humans
