Job Description

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
• Plan and execute marketing events such as exhibitions, customer symposiums, social media campaigns, print media, advertising, and promotional activities.
• Create and produce multimedia content including videos, infographics, and corporate presentations to support marketing initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive marketing plans covering budgets, timelines, and KPIs in coordination with the global marketing team.
• Write, edit, and publish engaging content such as blog posts, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and email campaigns to drive customer engagement.
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies in collaboration with the Product Manager.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Post Graduate having 5-8 years experience in Marketing function of capital equipment
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and marketing data analysis
• Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Creativity and innovation with effective time management
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in marketing for the capital equipment industry, including digital marketing and content strategy, content creation, and data analysis
