Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct quality audits across all facility services

  • Responsible for the implementation of standards and standard operating procedures across our facilities.

  • Evaluate service performance, including cleaning, maintenance, security, and waste management

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and legal standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHA)

  • Document findings and create actionable reports with corrective and preventive measures

  • Monitor implementation of improvements and corrective actions

  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and support quality training

  • Assist in internal and external audits (client, regulatory, certification)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of quality and safety

  • Maintain audit tools, checklists, and documentation systems

  • Report recurring issues and recommend strategic improvements

  • A good command of English language is required

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Degree in Facility Management, Quality Management, Engineering, or related field

  • 2–4 years’ experience in quality assurance or auditing, preferably in facility services or hospitality

  • Strong understanding of quality standards and regulatory requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Fluent German language skills (minimum requirement)

  • Independent, organized, and able to manage multiple audit projects

  • Quality auditing certification (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools
