Job Description

You’ll support the Digital PR Manager across a range of tasks focused on Anantara, Avani and Minor Hotels brands, including content research, blog writing, social media PR content support, and coordination with property teams when needed. This role involves assisting with content creation – from drafting and pitching to uploading and updating – as well as supporting influencer assessment and vetting. You’ll also contribute to reporting, tracking, and general administrative support as required.

What You’ll Work On

  • Blog content: Research, draft, and edit posts for Anantara, Avani and Minor Hotels blogs
  • Social media PR content – Assist in creating social media posts supporting relevant PR stories such as awards and campaigns
  • Story development – Assist in pitching ideas and managing editorial calendars
  • Content management – Upload and update blogs and press room content
  • Influencer support – Vet and assess KOL fit, maintain records, and help track performance
  • Reporting & analysis – Support with PR data collection, performance tracking, and campaign reporting
  • Copy editing – Provide light proofreading and content polishing
  • Admin & coordination – Work closely with hotel and corporate teams to support PR tasks

  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English
  • Proactive and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail, particularly in content quality and formatting
  • Interest in digital communications, influencer strategy, and brand communications
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining communications with team
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute across various functions
