The Team
SHEIN's European logistics team is committed to working with our logistics suppliers to provide satisfactory logistics services to our customers.
Job Responsibilities
1. Operations Execution
- Daily Monitoring & Coordination: Oversee logistics processes, ensure data accuracy, and coordinate task completion.
- Exception Handling: Resolve operational issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and optimize processes.
- ULD Return Management: Monitor pallet returns and suggest improvements.
2. Systems & Data
- Maintain and update system data.
- Test and deploy new system features.
- Provide system-related feedback and optimization suggestions.
3. Project Management
- Lead team-related project tasks.
- Support cross-team project deliverables.
4. Training & Mentorship
- Train and support new team members.
Job Requirements
1. Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Experience: 3+ years in air freight or cross-border logistics.
- Language: Proficient in English, strong business writing skills.
2. Skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Process optimization mindset.
3. Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in French or German.
- Experience with WMS/TMS systems.
