About the Role
As EMEA Assistant Accountant, you will work closely with the EMEA Management Accountant to implement best in class standard processes and controls. You will also build out KPIs and drive an efficient, continuous improvement culture.
Collaborating closely with the Regional Financial Controller, FP&I and local management teams, you will be someone with a keen interest in implementing various accounting related projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop the Go to Market strategy for the respective territory or product line
- Supporting Account Executives by participating and leading in client meetings and engaging with Cyncly resources as required
- Ongoing mentoring and development of sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training duties
- Conducting weekly revenue forecast meetings for respective territories
- Reporting on sales activity and revenue forecast
- Coach and professionally develop Account Executives regarding strategies to drive closure rates and new opportunity identification
- Consistently monitoring and enhancing teams’ sales activities
- Identify hiring and competency / skills gaps in sales team
- Accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery
- Managing partner and industry relationships
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong demonstrated and proven software sales experience
- Demonstrated people management experience of a sales team (min. 5 people)
- Demonstrated experience of implementing new sales processes
- A passion for building a thriving and diverse team
- Proven ability to create, lead and inspire high performing teams
- Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and build trusted relationships (internally and externally)
- Excellent negotiation skills
- A self-starter that can thrive in a fast-paced environment
