Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment
Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements gathering
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
Proficiency in documentation tools and methodologies
Experience in Agile methodology is a plus
Detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills
A collaborative mindset and ability to work as part of a team
