General Job Summary

This role is responsible for creating and monitoring metrics, developing, updating, and distributing reports, developing data visualizations, and providing meaningful insights through storytelling, while contributing to support decision-making process and strategy execution guided by the mission and core values of the company.

Essential Functions

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial report

• Analyze financial data and trends to identify variances, risks, and opportunities

• Build and maintain financial models for business planning and scenario analysis

• Prepare and automated reports, dashboards and presentations for management using Excel and/or Data visualization (e.g. MicroStrategy, Power BI)

• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal financial policies

• Creates visually compelling presentations that effectively convey key messages, leveraging creativity, narrative and branding consistency to management

• Research, gather, organize, review, and analyze business results and financial data to support the execution of corporate strategy.

• Monitor and support strategic projects and initiatives in alignment with the company's overall vision and goals.

• Conduct management updates with regular & ad-hoc financial and business analysis in report, spreadsheet, and presentation format.

• Monitor key economic indicators and maintain management informed of the current Economic Landscape and outlook.

• Monitoring market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree in math, computer sciences, accounting, statistics, finance, or related fields

• More than one (1) year up to and including three (3) years

• Fluent in English both written and oral.

• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts) and financial modeling

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools is a plus

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Strong graphic design, Data Visualization, and storytelling abilities.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail and branding alignment.

• Skills in interpreting financial information, drafting memos, narrative and numerical reports.

• Agility to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.

• Creative, Self-motivated, results-driven, team-oriented, change agent, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high tolerance for pressure and uncertainty.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
