Product Manager

Description

TopGum Industries is a leading manufacturer of functional gummy supplements, known for its innovation, quality, and advanced production capabilities. We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join our product development department, based in our Ramat Gan offices, with travel to our Sderot manufacturing sites once a week.

Responsibilities:

• Managed new product development projects from customer briefing to product launch.
• Defining a product brief based on customer requirements and company capabilities
• Tracking and managing projects, including operating them in the Monday.com system
• Problem-solving throughout the development process
• Close collaboration with the Sales Department and clients, while coordinating with all internal interfaces
• Handling required changes to existing products with clients and internal departments
• Responding to client inquiries/requests regarding existing products

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Product Management / Product Development in an industrial company
• Academic degree – mandatory
• Degree in the following fields – an advantage: Food Engineering / Food Technology
