We are hiring a Maintenance Technician for Indigo Creek in Glendale, AZ, offering $22–$23/hr plus up to $3,000 in annual customer service bonuses and a 50% rent discount valued at $5,000+ per year*.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality service to residents with a focus on first-time fix and customer satisfaction
- Complete apartment turns efficiently to meet move-in deadlines
- Diagnose and repair issues across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general carpentry
- Support preventative maintenance efforts to reduce recurring service requests
- Mentor junior technicians or assist with training as needed
- Assist with vendor oversight and unit inspections when required

Experience & Technical Skills Required
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in apartments, commercial facilities, hotels, or skilled trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Working knowledge in at least two core trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, or carpentry)
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including on-call rotations (approximately one week per month)
- Reliable transportation for emergency response
- Physically able to lift and move equipment
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
