Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) modules (Sales, Service, etc.)
Hands-on expertise in:
- C#, .NET, Dataverse plug-ins, Custom APIs
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Experience with Dataverse customization (entities, forms, views, relationships)
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS for UI customization
Experience in system integrations using REST/OData and Azure services
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong understanding of security models and role-based access
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop custom solutions in Dynamics 365 (CE) using Dataverse
Build and extend applications using:
- Model-driven apps & Canvas apps
- Power Automate workflows
Develop server-side components such as:
- Plug-ins, Custom APIs, and workflows using C#, .NET
Implement client-side customizations using JavaScript and D365 Client APIs
Integrate D365 with external systems using:
- REST / OData APIs
- Azure services (Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps)
Configure business logic, security roles, and business rules
Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
Follow Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and governance best practices
Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
