Job Description
Required Experience
- 5–10 years in financial services
- Corporate Trust experience strongly preferred
- Contract negotiation experience (ideally with legal exposure)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business, or related)
- Advanced degree preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Contract Negotiation & Risk Management
- Partner with legal and internal stakeholders to negotiate:
- Bond Indentures
- Paying Agent Agreements
- Escrow Agreements
- Identify and mitigate:
- Contractual risks
- Operational risks
- Regulatory risks
- Partner with legal and internal stakeholders to negotiate:
- Deal Execution & Onboarding
- Coordinate onboarding across internal systems
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness aligned to contract terms
- Client Experience
- Deliver high-quality, responsive service
- Anticipate client needs and use technology to enhance delivery
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work across teams to improve processes and efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Risk & Compliance
- Promote risk awareness culture
- Escalate issues proactively with recommendations
- Stay current on market trends and regulatory developments.
