Accounts Receivable Accountant - 1 Year Contract (All Genders)

Job Description

We are looking for you to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Accountant

Your responsibilities:

• Revenue and receivables postings. Including fees, related to payment transactions
• Transfer and allocation of received payments (via various payment service providers) to the customer account in the accounts receivable subledger
• Bank reconciliation
• Reconciliation of receivables
• Transfer from subledger to general ledger (SAP) as well as general/subledger reconciliation
• Support with monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing
• Execution of outgoing payments and their postings

Processing of

• Customer inquiries with an accounting background (via Customer Care)
• Requests for information from public prosecutors regarding customers
• Factoring/collections notifications
• Bank inquiries

Qualifications

 

• Several years of experience in accounts receivable management – ideally at an internationally oriented trading company
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong affinity for numbers
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
