Job Description

About the role:   

Join our team as a Machine Supply Worker (m/f/d) on weekends, for at least 3 shifts in a month, in the early shift from 06:00 - 14:00 or late shift  from 14:00 - 22:00 and shape the future of healthcare logistics!

About your tasks: 

The Machine Supply Worker supports the stable and continuous operation of automated logistics equipment by executing defined technical support activities in a shift-based environment. The role ensures machines such as carton erectors, label applicators, and carton sealing systems are supplied with required consumables and remain operational through first-level troubleshooting. Working strictly according to standard operating procedures, the role contributes to high system availability and smooth warehouse operations. Success is defined by reliable execution, adherence to safety and quality standards, and minimal operational disruptions.

• Operate and support automated logistics machines according to defined SOPs to ensure stable daily operations
• Refill and replace consumable materials for carton erectors, label applicators, and carton sealing machines to prevent downtime
• Perform basic troubleshooting and first-level technical interventions within defined responsibilities
• Escalate technical issues beyond own scope promptly to the Team Lead or Technical Engineering team
• Follow all safety, quality, and work regulations to always ensure compliant operations
• Support shift handovers by communicating machine status, issues, and actions taken
• Contribute to orderly, clean, and safe work areas in line with operational standards

Qualifications

About you:  

• Basic technical understanding of automated or semi-automated machinery.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions accurately and consistently.
• Basic communication skills and a reliable, safety-conscious working style.
• You are studying in the Netherlands and have time on saturdays and/or sundays
• You are an EU citizen or hold a Dutch work permit 
• You can understand and speak German or English without difficulty 
• You have a driver’s license and a car or motorcycle, etc., to commute independently to the workplace in Sevenum (Note: There is no public transport connection) 
• You are able to perform a standing job for up to 8 hours
