Votre mission
Au sein de la DOII, vous intégrez l’équipe en charge des infrastructures systèmes et socles d’hébergement.
Votre rôle est central : vous garantissez la disponibilité, la performance et la sécurité des environnements virtualisés.
Vos responsabilités
RUN & exploitation
- Administrer les environnements de virtualisation (VMware / Hyper-V)
- Assurer le maintien en condition opérationnelle et de sécurité (MCO/MCS)
- Traiter les incidents et demandes (N2/N3)
- Réaliser les tâches d’exploitation récurrentes
Performance & capacité
- Superviser les plateformes et analyser les métriques
- Optimiser les performances (CPU, RAM, stockage)
- Anticiper les besoins et les évolutions
Projets & évolution
- Participer aux projets de refonte et modernisation des infrastructures
- Gérer l’obsolescence (hardware, stockage, versions)
- Contribuer à l’optimisation globale des architectures
Sécurité & conformité
- Renforcer le niveau de sécurité des environnements
- Appliquer les bonnes pratiques et standards IT
Expertise
- Assurer un rôle de référent technique
- Rédiger et maintenir la documentation
Environnement technique
- Virtualisation : VMware (vSphere, ESXi), Hyper-V
- Stockage : NetApp, HPE
- Hardware : Dell, HPE
- Systèmes : Windows / Linux
- Supervision : outils divers
Qualifications
Profil recherché
Expérience
- 5 ans minimum sur un poste similaire
- Expérience en environnements critiques / production
Compétences clés
- Expertise en virtualisation (VMware indispensable)
- Bonnes connaissances en stockage (SAN, NAS)
- Maîtrise des infrastructures on-premise
- Vision globale infrastructures IT
Soft skills
- Forte capacité d’analyse et résolution de problèmes
- Autonomie et rigueur
- Esprit d’équipe et pédagogie
