Votre mission
Au sein de l’équipe infrastructures, vous êtes en charge de la supervision et de l’observabilité du SI.
Votre objectif : améliorer la visibilité, la fiabilité et la performance des systèmes.
Vos responsabilités
Supervision & monitoring
- Administrer les outils de supervision (Centreon)
- Surveiller les métriques systèmes et applicatives
- Gérer les alertes et incidents
Observabilité & analyse
- Exploiter les logs, métriques et traces
- Identifier les anomalies et axes d’amélioration
- Participer au diagnostic des incidents complexes
Amélioration continue
- Optimiser les configurations de supervision
- Réduire les faux positifs / bruit d’alertes
- Améliorer les dashboards et la lisibilité des données
Projets & évolution
- Participer à l’évolution des outils d’observabilité
- Contribuer à l’industrialisation des pratiques
- Intégrer de nouvelles solutions techniques
Documentation & partage
- Documenter les processus et outils
- Accompagner les équipes IT dans l’exploitation
Environnement technique
- Supervision : Centreon (indispensable)
- Observabilité :
- ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
- Prometheus / Grafana
- SolarWinds
- Systèmes : Linux / Windows
Qualifications
Profil recherché
Expérience
- 1 à 3 ans minimum en supervision / observabilité
- Première expérience réussie en environnement de production
Compétences clés
- Administration avancée de Centreon
- Connaissance des outils d’observabilité (ELK, Prometheus…)
- Bonne compréhension des systèmes et infrastructures
Soft skills
- Esprit analytique
- Curiosité technique
- Rigueur et organisation
- Bon relationnel (travail transverse)
