This is a high-impact role that demands the execution of fully integrated global marketing campaigns, with the goal of driving tangible brand growth and client engagement, and securing revenue growth across our workwear ecosystem. You will act as a pivotal, trusted strategic partner to the global commercial leadership team, facilitating proactive alignment of all marketing initiatives with core business goals. Success requires not just collaboration and creative ideation, but a clear focus on market development, deep, fluent command of complex global B2B markets, and strong external visibility across global workwear, laundry and safety industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Strategy & Market Command

- Serve as the definitive strategic partner to the Global Workwear Commercial and Product teams, ensuring marketing initiatives are proactively locked with ambitious business growth targets.
- Identify and seize global market expansion opportunities within industrial workwear, corporate identity apparel, protective clothing (PPE), and the industrial laundry sector.
- Command targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to spearhead outreach to major global accounts, fabricators, and contract buyers.
Integrated Global Campaign Execution
- Architect, launch, and relentlessly optimize integrated global campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels, masterfully tailored to influence the workwear buying committee.
- Develop and weaponize specialized content that highlights the uncompromising durability, safety credentials, and game-changing digital tracking capabilities of Embelex.
- Drive massive lead generation and pipeline conversion through technical expertise and audience-specific value proposition messaging.
Global Event Leadership & Activation
- Lead the charge with the Events team to define the dominant brand presence, messaging, and product positioning at major global workwear, safety, and textile trade shows.
- Establish and leverage deep fluency in industry networking, associations, and field marketing to exponentially build brand visibility and capture high-value B2B opportunities.
- Select and manage external agencies and third parties to facilitate disruptive creative work and flawless regional execution.
Cross-Functional Command Center
- Act as the mission-critical central marketing authority, bridging the gap between Product Management, Regulatory/Compliance, Commercial Sales, and Global Creative teams.
- Spearhead creative ideation and conceptualize disruptive, high-impact marketing ideas that blast through B2B clutter and deeply connect with modern workwear buyers.
- Ensure uncompromising alignment of campaign messaging with regional compliance standards, product life-cycle updates, and shifting customer specifications.
- Orchestrate internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute complex, multi-regional projects with undeniable excellence.
Performance, Analytics, & Accountability
- Rigorously analyze global campaign data, regional sales performance, and ROI to precisely measure marketing impact and accountability.
- Transform data-driven insights into actionable, high-level strategic commands for continuous, exponential result improvement.
- Own the definition and relentless tracking of global KPIs tied to customer acquisition, contract wins, and client retention.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5–7 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with a proven background specifically within the workwear, protective apparel (PPE), or industrial textile laundry industries.
