Job Description
1. Strategy & Budget Steering
• Define and steer the ENA OTA strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with Accor’s distribution vision and the framework set by the Global OTA team
• Consolidate and oversee the ENA OTA budget, surfacing regional insights and business opportunities to guide strategic and investment decisions
2. Commercial Enablement
• Drive hotel adoption of key OTA levers across ENA
• Leverage best-in-class OTA practices across ENA to elevate hotel performance and consistency across ENA
• Orchestrate hotel engagement, including the hotels solicitation and rollout of new features, commercial levers, business opportunities, and/or new OTA
• Design and deploy commercial campaigns across ENA to strengthen OTA performance
• Identify, prioritize, and escalate regional and hotel needs to influence partner roadmaps and internal stakeholders -especially the Global OTA team
3. Coordination, Performance Steering & Consolidation
• Coordinate seamlessly with the ENA regional markets teams, the Global OTA team, OTA account managers, and key OTA partners to ensure cohesive execution
• Consolidate regional trends, performance insights, and market intelligence to support agile data-driven decision-making
• Monitor KPIs, diagnose performance gaps, and recommend targeted actions. • Ensure operational consistency and alignment across ENA
4. Communication & Operational Support
• Deliver clear, structured, and actionable communication to hotels and regional stakeholders on OTA priorities, opportunities and updates
• Provide expert guidance on OTA topics and oversee the resolution of escalated issues in partnership with Service Now, OTA account managers, OTA partners & regional markets teams
• Develop and disseminate toolkits, guidelines, and best practices to empower operations
• Foster knowledge-sharing and maintain strong alignment across ENA
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in eCommerce, Distribution or Revenue Management, with solid expertise in OTA management and cross-functional coordination across markets
Organized & structured
Excellent communication and stakeholders management
Fluent in English
