- Während deiner Tätigkeit unterstützt du unsere HR Business Partner:innen umfassend in der operativen Personalarbeit.
- Im Recruiting neuer Talente übernimmst du die Bewerberkorrespondenz, führst Bewerberscreenings durch und planst Interviews, um den Auswahlprozess effizient zu gestalten.
- In enger Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen formulierst und veröffentlichst du ansprechende Stellenausschreibungen.
- Als wichtige Stütze wirkst du bei verschiedenen Themen rund um die Ausbildung mit, von der Talentakquise bis zu Schülermarketingaktivitäten.
- Eigenständig recherchierst du zu unterschiedlichen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen.
- Nicht zuletzt bringst du dich aktiv in die Durchführung der jährlichen HR-Prozesse ein.
Qualifikationen
- Ausbildung: fortgeschrittenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Sozialwissenschaften, Rechtswissenschaften, Psychologie oder vergleichbar, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal
- Erfahrungen und Know-how: sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in SAP HCM
- Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: du arbeitest gewissenhaft, kommunizierst offen sowie verantwortungsbewusst, bringst dich aktiv ins Team ein und zeigst Eigeninitiative
- Arbeitsalltag: deine Präsenz vor Ort ist erforderlich
- Sprachen: verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gutes Englisch

Dauer: 12 Monate – 10h/Woche
