About SINGU

At SINGU, we’re redefining how the world’s most ambitious real estate companies run their operations. Our mission is to become Europe’s leading platform for managing warehouse, logistics, retail, and multi-site commercial real estate portfolios — empowering our Clients to protect revenue, boost efficiency, and unlock new value across every aspect of their business.

Our unified CAFM platform already powers the daily operations of over 250 million m² of real estate worldwide, supporting more than 500,000 professionals. Following our union with the UK’s Micad and Germany’s net-haus, we now help manage 100,000+ buildings across 35+ countries — and we’re just getting started.

Backed by a leading growth equity investor, we’re scaling rapidly and partnering with global leaders such as Prologis, ECE, CTP, Hillwood, Logicor, GLP, and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. As we continue to grow through strategic acquisitions and bold innovation, we stay true to our core values: adaptability, collaboration, and client focus.

If you’re ready to help build Europe’s leading platform for property operations — and make a tangible impact on how the real estate industry works — join SINGU and be part of this transformation.

About the role

As our Senior HR Specialist, you'll shape what it actually feels like to work at SINGU. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you'll be the person managers and employees trust on everything from employment law and compliance to contracts, onboarding, benefits, and the moments in between — owning end-to-end HR processes and making sure every employee interaction is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and care.

This role is operational at its core but strategic in its impact. You'll bring deep expertise in Polish labour law (both UoP and B2B), a sharp eye for detail, and a data mindset that turns HR reporting into real insights — all while helping us build people processes that scale as SINGU grows. If you're looking for a place where HR is treated as a craft, not a checkbox, you'll feel at home here.

Hybrid, based in Kraków — 2–3 days from the office per week.

Your mission

Shape the Employee Experience at SINGU. You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience and ensuring our people processes are compliant, efficient, and scalable as SINGU continues to grow.

You'll serve as a trusted advisor on HR operations, employment law, compliance, and employee lifecycle matters — owning employee documentation, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, HR reporting, and policy updates, while ensuring compliance with labour law, GDPR, and internal standards. You'll proactively monitor legislative changes, assess risks, and recommend practical solutions that support both business objectives and compliance.

Partnering closely with the Head of People & Culture and managers across the business, you'll help build scalable people processes that enable organisational growth. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong HR expertise, attention to detail, a compliance mindset, and a genuine passion for creating a positive employee experience in a dynamic, international environment.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Solid HR Experience – At least 4–5 years of hands-on HR experience, ideally in a fast-growing tech or international environment, with comfort owning HR processes end-to-end.

  • Employment Law & HR Compliance Expertise – You're the go-to expert on employment law and compliance, with strong knowledge of both UoP and B2B models. You proactively mitigate risks and translate legal requirements into scalable, business-friendly HR processes, upholding the highest standards of compliance, data protection, and HR governance.

  • High-Quality HR Documentation – Extensive experience preparing and maintaining employment contracts, amendments, terminations, internal policies, and HR templates — always accurate, compliant, and employee-friendly.

  • HR Systems & Tools – Confident with HRIS and HR tools, and skilled at generating and analysing reports in Excel and other reporting platforms.

  • Reporting & Data Mindset – You enjoy turning insights into action through HR reports, headcount analyses, and workforce dashboards that help leadership make informed decisions.

  • Benefits & Onboarding/Offboarding – Proven experience delivering seamless onboarding and offboarding, managing benefits programmes, and handling employee queries with professionalism, discretion, and care.

  • Communication & Fluent Polish and English – You communicate clearly, confidently, and with empathy, working comfortably in both Polish and English as business languages and adapting your style to audiences from new joiners to senior leaders.

What we offer:

  • Attractive employment terms — depending on your experience, 8,000–10,000 PLN gross on a Contract of Employment or 9,600–12,000 PLN net on B2B

  • Impact at scale — help shape the operational backbone of a high-growth SaaS company with global reach and clients like Prologis, CBRE, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Auchan, Savills, NEPI Rockcastle, and Logicor

  • Category leadership — be part of the #1 PropTech brand in facility, maintenance, and ESG management

  • Organic and M&A growth — M&A is a big part of our plans, and we're on a mission to consolidate our space and build a European champion

  • Collaborative culture — work alongside a curious, international, mission-driven team that values learning, ownership, and giving back

  • Flexibility & autonomy — hybrid working model, annual learning budget, office-led social initiatives (yoga, soccer, company retreats, happy hours, Wednesday breakfasts), and the freedom to drive initiatives

If this role sounds like a good fit, we’d love to hear from you. Apply and help us build technology that supports critical operations every day.
