Pay Range: $90,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience

About the Clinic
This modern outpatient orthopedic clinic serves patients with a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal concerns. Patients range from 11 to 90 years old, giving the Physical Therapist a varied caseload that may include sports-related injuries, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain, weakness, balance concerns, and mobility limitations.
The clinical team includes 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants, with approximately 160–190 patient visits per week across the clinic. Documentation is completed through WebPT.
About the Role
The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, provide skilled therapy, educate patients, and track progress throughout the plan of care. This role is hands-on, patient-facing, and focused on helping people return to better function in everyday life.

Schedule Options Available
Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days, Preferred
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Tuesday off each week
Option 2: Monday–Friday Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and determine appropriate physical therapy care
- Develop treatment plans based on patient needs, diagnosis, and recovery goals
- Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions through skilled PT services
- Provide therapeutic exercise, strengthening, balance training, manual therapy, and mobility work
- Educate patients on home programs, body mechanics, and safe activity changes
- Track patient progress and modify treatment plans when needed
- Complete accurate documentation in WebPT
- Work with PTAs to help patients progress safely and consistently
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
- Comfortable treating patients across different ages and activity levels
