The Role
We're hiring a Logistics Coordinator for a UK-based business that relies on smooth, well-managed supply chain operations. In this role, you'll help coordinate shipments, track orders, liaise with carriers and suppliers, and make sure everything gets where it needs to go — on time and without fuss. This is a great opportunity if you have a background in logistics or supply chain support and enjoy keeping things moving.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments and deliveries
- Tracking orders and providing status updates to internal teams and customers
- Liaising with freight carriers, suppliers, and customs agents
- Maintaining accurate records of shipments, invoices, and documentation
- Resolving delays, discrepancies, or delivery issues efficiently
- Supporting reporting on logistics performance and KPIs
What You'll Need
- Experience in a logistics, supply chain, or freight coordination role
- Familiarity with logistics platforms or ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive tasks
- Clear communication skills for working with carriers and internal stakeholders
- A reliable internet connection and a suitable home working setup
