About the Role
As an experienced Project Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate with our valued customers in successfully executing a diverse range of Cybersecurity, Infrastructure & Network projects. Your expertise will ensure exceptional outcomes for our clients, third-party stakeholders, and our internal technical and delivery teams. Your financial acumen will be put to use as you effectively manage budgets and leverage your commercial skills to navigate our contractual agreements.
What You’ll Do (Your Why)
As part of your daily responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead scoping and planning efforts for projects.
- Effectively manage project teams to deliver tailored solutions that fulfil our customer's needs.
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, risks, and issues throughout the project's lifespan.
- Ensure project governance and reporting requirements are consistently met.
- Handle invoicing and related billing activities professionally and efficiently.
- Mentor and provide valuable guidance to fellow members of the project management team.
- Embrace and drive Agile ways of working, utilising the standardised tool sets.
Due to the dynamic nature of the IT industry and the diverse challenges involved in delivering competitive products and services to our clients, it’s important to gain experience across different areas of the business where possible. As a result, you may be required to take on a variety of roles within Datacom to meet business needs and broaden your understanding
What You’ll Bring
- A proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, ensuring that your projects are completed on time.
- Extensive experience in managing Technology projects across diverse infrastructures and business applications.
- Strong financial expertise and exceptional reporting skills.
- A high level of accountability in delivering project services.
- Exceptional leadership and management abilities.
- Impressive corporate presentation skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in negotiation and conflict resolution.
