Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a dedicated Dutch Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Bulgaria, with paid relocation support. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via multiple channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions for future follow-up.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex problems and improve service delivery.
  • Stay informed about products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Participate actively in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and general computer literacy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with relocation expenses covered by the company.
