We've partnered with one of the world's largest travel companies to put Bonfiire in front of the market, and our Bizly enterprise business funnels Fortune 500 demand into the same engine. Most consumer companies spend a decade building distribution. We start with it.
The Role
You'll own the Bonfiire Business end-to-end with a focus on product: full P&L, full stack (product, design, eng, marketing, demand gen, conversion), full team. You'll have resources on your team and direct say over staffing, hires, and AI augmentation.
The brief: fully execute on our flagship distribution partnership and deliver transactional revenue. Every step from partner placement to booked event has to be designed with intention — you are rapidly iterating to fix all the leaks in the bucket and create the most scalable product possible.
We're hiring someone to design the system. Someone who has been so thoughtful about how the system fits together that it scales rapidly and converts users into bookings and revenue without the team having to push it uphill. Product, design, funnel, and feedback loops are all one system to you.
What You'll Own
The P&L. You know the costs and revenue of your unit down pat.
Product. Starting out, your primary day to day IC work is in product management. The focus of this role is designing the Bonfiire product to scale.
Manage up and down. You know how to get help and resources both ways
The team. Lead the pod, determine who needs to be hired and, decide how we'll use AI
The full stack. Product, design, marketing, demand gen, conversion — orchestrated inside the business as one system.
The funnel. Every step from partner placement to first touch to booked event. Designed to convert, instrumented to learn, tuned to compound.
The partnership execution. Make our flagship distribution partnership fly.
The agent loops. Design and ship the loops that run user activation, venue matching, booking nudges, post-event follow-up, and re-engagement.
