Mentis AI is recruiting U.S based Licensed Pharmacists to participate in an AI review project focused on drug data quality and drug database integrity.
This is a unique opportunity for U.S. licensed pharmacists to play a direct role in shaping how AI understands and applies clinical drug information from dosage and indications to contraindications, lactation guidance, and organ-specific dosing adjustments.
As part of this project, you'll collaborate with AI researchers to review, evaluate, and refine drug profile data used to train and validate AI systems operating in clinical and pharmaceutical settings. Your pharmacist expertise is essential to ensuring the platform is accurate, safe, and grounded in real-world clinical pharmacology.
This role is fully remote, flexible, and well-suited to pharmacists balancing existing clinical, academic, or industry commitments.
About Mentis AI
At Mentis AI, we help companies build the next generation of clinically grounded artificial intelligence. We work directly with specialist clinicians including pharmacists, physicians, and allied health professionals to ensure AI is safe, accurate, and aligned with how medicine and pharmacy are truly practised.
Project Overview
Pharmacists will be given access to a structured drug database on a dedicated review platform and tasked with the following:
Drug Profile Review: Systematically review drug profiles against FDA guidance, evaluating clinical accuracy across key criteria including dosage, approved indications, contraindications, lactation guidance, and renal/hepatic dosing adjustments.
FDA Monograph Validation: Compare AI-generated drug summaries against official FDA drug monographs to identify inaccuracies, omissions, or inconsistencies in clinical detail.
Clinical Accuracy Assessment: Evaluate the completeness and correctness of drug summaries from a pharmacist's clinical perspective, flagging areas where patient safety or prescribing accuracy may be at risk.
Feedback & Annotation: Document findings clearly within the review platform, providing structured feedback to support refinement of drug profiles and improvement of AI model quality.
