General Laborer / Truck Team Member – 1-800-GOT-JUNK?
Location: Lancaster, PA
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $22-27/hr ($12 + Profit Share + Tips)
About the Role
Join the world’s largest junk removal service and get paid to stay active, work outdoors, and deliver great customer experiences. As a General Laborer (Truck Team Member), you’ll be part of a high-energy team helping customers clear out unwanted items while providing top-tier service.
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, professional customer service on every job
- Remove and haul items (furniture, appliances, debris, etc.)
- Lift, load, and sort items safely and efficiently
- Drive company trucks (if qualified)
- Upsell services and maximize job revenue
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable with physical labor (lifting up to 75 lbs)
- Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused
- Valid driver’s license
- 21+
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
