Job Description

Join our Hosting Team and kickstart your career in IT! Based in our Mauritius office, you’ll support the systems that power our global business.

What you’ll do

  • Assist with deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows servers.
  • Support user account management in Active Directory and Azure AD.
  • Help resolve issues in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint).
  • Follow procedures to investigate and escalate technical incidents.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and asset records.
  • Learn from experienced engineers and grow your technical skills.

Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed

  • Basic understanding of Windows Server and how Windows environments work.
  • Interest in supporting Wintel infrastructure and developing deeper skills over time.
  • Familiarity with virtualisation (VMware or Hyper‑V is a bonus).
  • Basic awareness of Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • An understanding of Active Directory (users, groups, DHCP, DNS, GPOs).
  • Some exposure to storage concepts (SAN/NAS or virtual storage).
  • General understanding of IT hardware and how infrastructure components fit together.
  • Awareness of ITIL practices (incidents, changes, problem management).
  • Basic ability to use PowerShell or command‑line tools (or willingness to learn).
